Privacy notice

Who is responsible

[Business name], [address], decides how your information is used (the controller). Page Lemon hosts this site and the member app and stores the information for us as our processor. Our payment provider, Stripe, takes membership payments under its own terms.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, to set up your membership and sign you in with a one-time code. Staff see your name when they scan your code.
• Your plan (Off-peak or Full), when it started and any change or cancellation. Payment details go to Stripe; we never see them.
• Check-ins: each visit scanned at the desk, which staff member scanned it, and any guest pass you earn or use.
• Class bookings: the class, day and time you ask for, and the desk's answer (Booked, Waitlist, Checked in or Cancelled).
• Sign-in records (when and from which browser), to keep your account safe.

Why

To run your membership, take your check-ins, book your classes and keep you signed in ([legal basis, for example: our contract with you]).

Who sees it

You see your own plan, check-ins and bookings. Coaches and the desk staff see your name, plan and check-ins to run the gym. [Who else sees it, for example: our payment provider and our email provider, only for their part of the service]. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

[For example: check-ins and bookings for 12 months; payment records for 6 years, as UK tax rules require]. When you leave, your member-app records (bookings and check-ins) are deleted, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object. Write to [privacy email]. You can also complain to [your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK].
