An old boiler was losing pressure and filling most of the kitchen cupboard.
Nell fitted a compact combi, magnetic filter and smart controls. The pipework now runs neatly below the casing with reachable isolation valves.
A tired basin and a shower that dropped to a dribble whenever the kitchen tap ran.
Cal replanned the pipe routes, fitted a balanced shower valve and the new basin. Access panels keep the important bits reachable.
A hidden joint beneath the utility sink was leaving a damp patch across the floor.
Cal replaced the joint, added an isolation valve and pressure-tested the run. The owners can now shut that section off on its own.
