This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects no personal data. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address as part of delivering them.
When you contact us
If you email or call, we use what you tell us only to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. We keep project correspondence for twelve years, because building records need to be available that long.
Enquiry form
When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email, telephone, site postcode, project details and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry, keep them for two years unless we go on to work together, and never share them with anyone else.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you, and for a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle it.
