Privacy notice
Template: fill in every highlighted blank before members use this site. This is a starting point, not legal advice.
Who is responsible
Saffi Lund Yoga, Old Chapel Rooms, 5 Tenter Street, Ashwell Moor QS8 1BW, decides how your information is used (the controller). Page Lemon hosts this site, runs the sign-in and stores members' records for us as our processor. Stripe takes payments for passes under its own terms.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, to sign you in and to book your places. We send nothing else unless you ask.
- Your pass (Drop-in, Four a month or Unlimited monthly) and when it started or changed. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card details.
- Your class check-ins: which class and when you were scanned in.
- Your class bookings: the class, day and time, your mat choice and where you like to be, and Saffi's answer (Booked, Waitlist, Attended or Cancelled).
- Sign-in records (when and from which browser), to keep your account safe.
Why
To run the classes and passes you book, to record your check-ins and to keep your account safe ([legal basis, for example: our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the studio]).
Who sees it
You see your own pass, check-ins and bookings. Studio staff see your name, your pass, your check-ins and your bookings, and Saffi sees your bookings. [Who else sees it, for example: the studio's booking system provider, if you use one]. We do not share your details for marketing.
Notes you write
Notes are for sequences and equipment only; leave out personal wellbeing details. Please do not write health details, medical information or anything about other people in a note. This app is for adults only.
How long we keep it
[For example: check-in records for 2 years; bookings until you delete them or leave; payment records for 6 years, as UK tax rules require]. When you leave, your bookings are deleted, except records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object. Write to hello@saffilund.example.com. You can also complain to [your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK].
