A hand with the little things
Hello.
How can we help?
Find a quick answer below, or write to us if something’s gone a bit sideways. We’re a small team and we read every message.

The first little steps
What is Kite for?
Kite keeps small outings, shared lists and everyday plans together. It’s for the picnic, the market trip and the “let’s do dinner” that deserves a date.
How do I make a plan?
Open Today, add a title and choose a day. A place and a list are optional. Send an invitation when you’re ready to bring someone along.
Can I use Kite on my own?
Yes. Keep a personal list, save a plan or set a reminder. You choose what to share and with whom.
Your people & your plans
Does everyone need an account?
People can preview a shared invitation before joining. To edit the plan or tick off a list, they’ll need a free Kite account.
Who can see my plans?
Only you and the people you invite. Kite has no public profile or searchable feed.
What happens without a signal?
Saved plans stay readable. New edits sync when you’re connected again. Open a plan once before going somewhere with patchy reception.
Accounts & subscriptions
How do I cancel a paid plan?
Open Settings, then Membership. Follow the cancellation link for the payment provider shown there. Your paid features remain until the billing period ends.
Can I export or delete my account?
Open Settings, then Your data. Request an export or account deletion there. If you can’t sign in, email our support team for help.
Can I move between phones?
Sign in with the same account on your new phone. Your synced plans and lists will appear when it connects.
Still a bit stuck?
Send a note to
our small team.
Tell us what happened and which phone you use. Please leave passwords and payment details out of your message.
