BEFORE YOU BOOK
Your first colour
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before a new colour appointment. Call us to arrange a test; the colour booking is confirmed once we have checked suitability.
Your reference
Bring a few pictures and tell us about any recent colour. We confirm your plan, timing and total price before starting.
Your appointment
Allow the full service time and arrive a few minutes early. Book a cut or blow-dry alongside colour if you would like a finished style.

Cancellations & changes
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. Later cancellations and missed appointments may be charged 50% of the booked service. Call the salon to make a change.
Deposits for long appointments
We ask for a £40 deposit for balayage and colour correction. It comes off your final bill. It is refunded when you cancel at least 48 hours ahead; later cancellations are covered by the policy above.
Running late?
Call as soon as you can. If there is not enough time for the full service, we may need to shorten or move it; we will discuss the options with you.
Quiet appointments & access
You can request a quiet appointment when booking. Tell us about any access needs so we can prepare your chair. Our visit page has details of the entrance and facilities.
