Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your work email address, to sign you in, and your first name, shown on your claims.
• Your claims: the date, merchant, amount, currency, category, who paid, your note and the receipt photo or PDF.
• The status of each claim and any reply from the person who approves expenses.
• Sign-in records (when and from which browser), to keep your account safe.

We never ask for card or bank details here. Please cover the long card number on a receipt before you photograph it.

Why
