How a claim moves

  1. 01

    Photograph the receipt

    Total and date in the shot. Add the amount, the category and the project. Under a minute, on the train home.

  2. 02

    Ellen checks it

    Every Tuesday and Friday. If she needs something, the claim shows Query with her note in red pen.

  3. 03

    Paid with your salary

    Approved by the 20th? It’s in your bank on the last working day of the month.

  1. AThe title block holds your month. What comes back on payday, what’s still with Ellen, and the date it lands.
  2. BQuestions arrive in red pen. Ellen’s note sits on the claim; reply with the missing document in one go.
  3. CEvery claim, one line each. A circle that fills as it moves: open, approved, paid.
