Contract review for teams of 2 to 40

Contract review that takes a week an afternoon.

Docket reads every clause against your playbook, redlines what falls outside it and explains each change in the margin. Your team reads the reasons, not the whole contract.

Works in your browser and in Word. UK data residency on every plan.

How it works

From inbox to signature in three moves

  1. Drop in their paper

Forward the email, drag in the Word file or open it from your drive. Docket finds the clauses, the parties and the dates in under a minute.

  2. Read the redline

Anything outside your playbook comes back struck through and rewritten, with a one-line reason in the margin. Everything inside it stays untouched.

  3. Approve and send

Changes inside your fallback range go to the ops lead. Anything bigger goes to counsel. Then a clean copy and a redline go back to the other side.

Your playbook

Your positions, applied to every clause

Write down what you will accept, what you will fall back to and when to call a lawyer. Docket holds every contract to it, the same way, at 9am or at 11pm on the last day of the quarter.

What a customer says

We are two people doing legal for a 300-person haulier. Docket did not replace either of us. It replaced the Sunday evenings.

Your contracts stay in the UK, encrypted and yours

We never train models on your documents. You choose how long we keep them, and every view, change and approval is in the audit log.

Read the trust schedule
  • UK hosting. Two data centres, both in England.
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest, keys rotated every 90 days.
  • Single sign-on and per-matter permissions on Review and Counsel.
  • Your retention. Delete on signature, after a year, or never.

Send us the contract you have been avoiding

Bring a real agreement to a 20-minute demo. We will run it through a starter playbook while you watch, and you keep the redline.
