Who is responsible

[Legal name of the company and its company number], trading as The Printworks Desk Club, 2nd floor, 11 Compositor Street, Inkermouth QS2 8RL, decides how your information is used (the controller). Page Lemon hosts this site and the member sign-in, and stores this information for us as our processor. Stripe takes payments for day passes and memberships under its own terms.

What we collect

• Your email address, and for a day pass your email, so we can confirm it.
• Your plan (Visitor, Flex or Resident) and when it started or stopped. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your payment details.
• Your check-ins: the day a code was scanned and which member of the team scanned it.
• The requests you send from your member area: front-desk requests and meeting room requests (room, date, time, length, what it's for and the number of guests), with the status and replies from the front desk.
• Your name and, if you give it, your company, from your profile.
• Sign-in records (when and from which browser), to keep your account safe.

Why

To give you the desk, room, plan or pass you buy, to check you in, and to answer your requests ([legal basis, for example: our contract with you]).

Who sees it

You see your own plan, check-ins and requests. The host and the front desk see the check-ins and requests of every member. [Name any other people or services that see it, for example: the cleaning contractor sees nothing, or the accountant sees payment records].

How long we keep it

[For example: check-ins and requests for 12 months after the last visit; payment records for 6 years, as UK tax rules require]. When you leave, your requests are deleted, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights
