Before you apply

A few answers.

Do I need restaurant experience?

For kitchen assistant and host roles, we can teach the practical skills. For chef roles, tell us about the kitchens you’ve worked in.

What does the hiring process look like?

A phone conversation, a visit to meet the team and, for kitchen roles, a paid trial shift. We discuss pay and hours before any trial.

Can I ask for flexible hours?

Yes. Tell us what you need when you first get in touch. Each restaurant has a different rota, so we’ll discuss what is possible.

Good company.
