Pull up a chair.
We keep room for walk-ins when we can. Appointments come first; we’ll give you an honest wait time at the door. The queue stays in the studio, not on a screen.

Need to move your appointment?
Please call as soon as you know. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so someone else can take the chair. We’ll help you find another time.
Running late?
Ring the studio. We’ll tell you what’s possible that day. If there isn’t enough time for a careful cut, we’ll arrange another appointment.
Want a quieter appointment?
Tell us when you book. We can discuss a quieter time of day, keep the conversation to the cut and give you extra space if you need it.
