Shipping in two days, returns within fourteen
Orders are packed in the studio the day after payment. Parcels travel tracked, and every order includes a dye-lot card so you can match it later.

Returns
Unopened skeins can go back within fourteen days of delivery for a refund, minus the postage. Opened yarn cannot be returned, because we cannot resell it.
If a skein arrives damaged or the colour is not the one you ordered, email us a photo within seven days. We send a replacement from the same batch, or refund the skein in full, and cover the postage both ways.
Dye lots
Hand dyeing means each batch can shift slightly. For a single project with several skeins, order them together so they come from the same batch. If you cannot, tell us and we will save the batch number on your order.
