We met on a ferry that was cancelled.
So this is a small story about waiting around together, now with a guest list. Forty-two of you are coming, and a few of you have said you will bring a dog. Read the day below, book a room nearby and tell us what you eat.
Saturday, in four lines.
- Tea on the terrace, then the walk down to the shingle.
- The ceremony on the shingle. Twenty minutes, no reading list.
- Dinner in the long room, two courses, speeches after.
- Music until 23:30. The last boat back leaves at 23:45.
The Gull House
A converted net loft at the end of Saltmarsh Quay, with one glass wall that faces the harbour and the boats.
