Arriving
Mill Race Lane runs down from the market square. Ring the green door marked Stillwater. If you are early, sit in the lounge until your room is ready.
Access
Step-free entrance from the lane. All three rooms are on one level, and there is an accessible toilet by the lounge. Tell us about any access needs when you book.
Parking
Pay-and-display bays are on Mill Race Lane. The Weir Street car park is a five-minute walk away.
Buses
The Weir Street bus stops are a four-minute walk from the door.

What to wear
Something comfortable you can move in. We provide a robe, towels and disposable underwear for massage and body treatments. Take off jewellery before your treatment; there is a locker for your things.
Cancelling and moving
Please cancel or move your booking at least 24 hours before. Later changes and no-shows are charged in full. A short call is the quickest way to change a time.
