Getting to Porto Vaila
Pick the route that suits you. Shuttles run only on the days shown, so check before you book a flight home.
Three routes
From the airport to the coast

Fly into Skelwith Airport
Fifty-five minutes by car. The wedding shuttle leaves the arrivals hall at 13:00 and 17:00 on Friday, and 10:00 on Sunday.

Train to Ardent Junction
Change once. The coast bus meets the platform and reaches the harbour in about forty minutes. Buses are every hour on Saturday.

Drive the coast road
Forty free parking spaces sit next to Casa Sollen. Arrive before 15:00 on Saturday, because the cliff walk starts from the gate.
Packing
What to bring
The coast is warm by day and cold on the cliffs after nine. Tick off what you need before you leave.
- Passport or ID, valid for six months after the trip
- Linen or a light suit for the ceremony
- A warm layer for the cliffs after 21:00
- Flat shoes for gravel paths
- Swimsuit and a towel
- Sun cream and a hat
- Any medication, in its original box
- A plug adapter, type C or F
