Who is responsible

Lost Footpaths, 9 Stile Lane, Hobb's Cross QT2 6YE, decides how your information is used. Page Lemon hosts the members' area, runs sign-in and stores the mailbag messages for us. Stripe takes payments for the Supporter and Producer plans under its own terms.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in, to send your receipts, and now and then to write to members about the show.
• Your plan (Listener, Supporter or Producer) and when it started or changed. We never see your payment details.
• Mailbag messages: the segment you chose, your question, and the name you ask us to read out, if you give one.
• Sign-in records (when, and from which browser), to keep your account safe.

Why we use it

To give you the plan you pay for and to read the mailbag on air ([legal basis, for example: our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the mailbag]).

Who sees it

You see only your own mailbag messages. Tamsin Rowe-Abara and Gil Fennimore read the messages, and we read a selection on air. A name is read out only if you typed one into the box. Names read out on air stay in the episode audio. Messages we do not read on air are not published.

How long we keep it

[For example: mailbag messages for 12 months after they are read or answered; payment records for 6 years, as UK tax rules require]. When you leave, your mailbag messages are deleted, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object. Write to hello@lostfootpaths.example.com or post to 9 Stile Lane, Hobb's Cross QT2 6YE. You can phone 01632 960 854. You can also complain to [your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK].
