Who is responsible

[Names of the couple], [address], decide how your information is used (the controller). Page Lemon hosts this site, runs the sign-in and stores your replies for us as our processor.

What we collect

• Your email address, which is the one your invitation was sent to. We use it to sign you in and to send nothing else unless you ask.
• For each adult you reply for: their name, whether they are coming, their main course, dessert and song.
• Sign-in records (when and from which browser), to keep your sign-in safe.

Why

To plan the day: the seating, the catering and the transport home ([legal basis, for example: our legitimate interest in planning the wedding]).

Who sees it

You see the replies you have sent. The couple and the people helping with the wedding plans see all replies, and the caterers see the meal choices only. [Who else sees them, for example: the venue team, for the kitchen].

How long we keep it

[For example: replies for 12 months after the wedding]. After that, your replies and details are deleted.

Your rights
