The patch-test policy
New colour clients must visit for a patch test at least 48 hours before colour. We also check whether returning clients need a fresh test. A colour appointment can’t go ahead until our testing requirements are met.
What to bring
A couple of reference images, your recent colour history and an idea of how often you’d like to come back. Tell us about any home colour, henna or previous reactions.
If plans change
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to move your appointment. Call the studio so we can find another time together.

Is the consultation a colour appointment?
No. It’s a separate 20-minute visit to discuss your ideas, confirm the price and arrange testing. We book your colour appointment once the plan is agreed.
Can I request a particular colourist?
Yes. Mention Ines or Cleo when you call or email. If you’re unsure, we’ll suggest someone based on the colour you want.
Do you offer quiet appointments?
Yes. Ask when you book and we’ll note your preference. We’ll still check in about your colour and comfort.
