Pay rates are visible to managers only. Team members see their own hours and nothing about anyone else.

Check who has access

  1. Open Settings, then Access.
  2. Choose Who can see pay.

You see a short list of names. Anyone who can see rates has a small pound sign next to them.

Let a bookkeeper in

Invite them as a Bookkeeper. They see hours and rates, and cannot edit the rota or message staff.

Take access away

Change the role or choose Remove. It takes effect on their next page load, and they are signed out of the app on that device.
