Billing lives under your account, not under a site or a team. Only the account owner and managers you name can see it.

Download an invoice

  1. Open Account, then Billing.
  2. Choose the month and then Download PDF.

Change plan

Choose Change plan. Moving up takes effect now and you pay the difference for the days left. Moving down takes effect at the end of the month.

Update your card

Choose Payment method and enter the new card. We never store the number ourselves.

Close the account

Choose Close account and download your data first: people, past rotas and timesheets as CSV. After thirty days everything is deleted.
