When someone rings in sick, open their shift and choose Find cover. Lanyard asks only people who could take it without breaking a rule.
Who is asked
- People with the same role who are not already working.
- Nobody who would go over their weekly limit.
- Nobody who marked that day as unavailable.
How it goes
- The first three people get a message at once.
- If nobody answers in fifteen minutes, the next three are asked.
- The first yes takes the shift and the rest are told it is filled.
