Care & fees

Three ways
to begin.

Every course of care starts with one of these. We explain the options, agree the price in writing, and only begin when you are ready.

  1. i.

    Everyday dentistry

A thorough check-up, X-rays where needed, and a plan to keep things healthy. Small problems found early stay small.

    45 min£85Book
  2. ii.

    Hygiene visit

A gentle clean made for your teeth and gums, with practical advice you will actually use at home.

    40 min£72Book
  3. iii.

    Smile consultation

Curious about alignment or whitening? A conversation about what you would like to change, and what is realistic.

    30 min£50Book

Any further treatment is quoted in writing before we start. No surprises on the bill.

The practice

You can
exhale here.

The chair can feel like a big place. So we kept the practice small: two quiet rooms, soft north light, thirty-minute minimum appointments and no waiting-room television.

Tell us if you are nervous. Ask us to pause. Bring your headphones. There is no right way to be a patient here.

“My job is to make sure you feel heard, long before you open your mouth.”

Meet the people behind the care

Your first visit

First, we listen.

Nothing to prepare, nothing to prove. Here is how a 09:00 first visit usually unfolds. Every step can stretch if you need it to.

  1. Arrive, and a proper hello

Tea or water, a seat by the window, and a short health form if you did not fill it in at home.

    10 minutes
  2. A conversation first

Before any instruments, we talk: your history, what worries you, what you would like from us. We agree a stop signal.

    15 minutes
  3. A gentle look

We check your teeth and gums, explaining what we see as we go. You can pause at any point.

    15 minutes
  4. A plan, together

Simple next steps, written down, with the cost of each option. Take it home and decide in your own time.

    5 minutes
  5. Out the door, unhurried

Back into your morning, with a named person to call if anything comes up.

Familiar faces

Two people.
Every visit.

A small team by choice. Each time you walk through the door, you will see someone you already know.

Before you come

Questions
people ask us.

I’m nervous about the dentist. Can you help?

Yes. Let reception know when you book, and we can arrange a first visit that is just a conversation. We agree a stop signal, explain each step and leave extra time. You are always in control of the pace.

Are you taking new patients?

We are. A new patient consultation is £85 and lasts around 45 minutes. Bring a list of any medicines you take; we will send you a short health form before your visit.

Will I know the price before treatment?

Always. After your consultation, we give you a written plan with the cost of each option. We will not carry out further treatment without your agreement, and you can take the plan home to think it over.

Is the practice accessible?

Our entrance and treatment rooms are on the ground floor, with step-free access and an accessible bathroom. If you have particular needs, call us before your visit so we can prepare.

What if I need to change my appointment?

Call reception on 01632 960 428. We ask for 48 hours’ notice where possible, so we can offer the time to another patient. If something unexpected happens, just talk to us.
