# Activity log

See who did what on your account and your sites, and when: who published, who was invited, who changed a setting, who downloaded your form replies. Handy when several people or AI apps work on the same sites.

## What your AI will ask you

Usually nothing: it reads the log and tells you. To narrow a big log it may ask which site, which person or which kind of change you mean, and for a team, which workspace.

## What to have ready

Nothing. To open the full list yourself, or to get it as a spreadsheet, use the app: **Activity**, or the link your AI gives you.

## What happens

1. Your AI reads the activity log, newest first, and sums it up in plain words: who did what, on which site, when, and from which app (the Page Lemon app, Claude, ChatGPT and so on).
2. You can ask for more: "only publishing", "only what Anna did", "go back to March". Your AI keeps paging back until it has what you need.
3. To check it: make a small change, such as publishing a page, and ask what changed. The newest entry should be that change, with your name.
4. In the app, **Activity** lets you filter by person, site and kind of change, and **Download CSV** gives you a spreadsheet.

## Who sees what

- **On your own account** (a personal plan): you see what you and the AI apps you connected did on your sites.
- **In a workspace** (Company): the Workspace Owner sees everyone's actions in the workspace. Everyone else in it (Admins, Developers and people in groups) sees only their own. If you leave the workspace, you see nothing of it any more.
- Nobody else can read it.

## What it records

- **Publishing:** a site created, a new version, an earlier version restored.
- **People:** invites, people joining or leaving, people removed, a role changed.
- **Sites:** renamed, archived, deleted, handed over, moved into a workspace.
- **Domains, settings and protection:** a domain connected or removed, a setting changed, a passcode or invite-only list changed.
- **Data:** form replies, bookings or orders exported, downloaded or read. A person reading the same site's form replies again within the hour is recorded once.
- **AI connections and billing:** an AI app connected or turned off, and billing changes such as a trial starting.

It doesn't record IP addresses. Everything else shows as "Other".

## Good to know

- It records by itself. There is nothing to turn on, and entries can't be edited.
- Names and details are what people typed, so a site's own wording may show in an entry.
- A person whose account was deleted shows as "A deleted account".
